Payment terms

• Please note that payment is required in full prior to the consultation. If payment is not received at least 6 hours before the appointment, it will result in a cancellation 
• The virtual IBCLC package is prepaid, and consultations along with access will begin once payment is confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.
• In the case of any additional charges, payment will be required at the end of the consultation.

Appointment bookings

• Please note that routine appointments should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Once you book an appointment, a comprehensive form will be sent to you for completion, along with an invoice for payment. Kindly ensure that the form is completed and submitted no less than 12 hours prior to your appointment
• ​Please note that any appointment that exceeds the scheduled time by 15 minutes to an hour will incur an additional charge of £50.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our schedule effectively.

Our policy for appointments scheduled less than 24 hours in advance requires a full payment upon booking. This ensures that we can allocate the necessary resources for your service effectively. Please understand that due to the short notice, cancellations or rescheduling may not be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellations and Refunds
With the exception of extenuating circumstances, cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the full fee.

Cancellations made more than 6 hours can be rescheduled to the next mutually available time.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and supporting evidence may be required.

In the rare instance that I need to cancel the appointment, I will give ample notice and will reschedule for the next mutually available time.
